Jae was able to continue to insert random jokes or things while Austen had no idea what was actually going on. Austen’s opening scenes with her (no spoilers) were so funny. Under a Falling Star was an ice queen book, since Dee was considered to be the worst person to work under. I had a feeling of what was coming but things kept coming up to change the narrative a bit. Under A Falling Star had me smiling throughout while also trying to figure out how it was going to end. I’ve surprisingly only read one other title by Jae ( The Roommate Arrangement) – which was also insanely cute. I went into this expecting a really cute Christmasy book and I got that and so much more. A Cute Christmasy Melting Ice Queen Story
